Every other tool for bookkeepers starts after you already have the client. Evisor starts three steps earlier — newly registered businesses in your niche, the exact email to send them, a fee you can defend, and an engagement letter signed on their phone the same day.

If any of this sounds familiar
You're certified. You're good at the work. That was never the thing standing between you and a full book of clients.
You've done the course and got the certificate. Nobody taught you how to find the businesses — or what to say to them when you do.
You've undercharged at least twice because you had no idea what the number should be, and quoting low felt safer than losing the job.
You wrote that sentence three times last week. The proposal is still unsigned, and chasing it makes you feel like you're begging.
None of that is a bookkeeping problem. It's a winning-and-keeping-clients problem — and it's the only thing Evisor is built to solve.
The whole client journey
Ignition, GoProposal, TaxDome and DocuSign are good at what they do — and every one of them assumes you already have a prospect on the phone. Getting to that call is what actually decides whether a practice grows.
Newly registered businesses in your niche.
ONLY HEREA fee you can defend, checked against your floor.
Itemised, branded, built in minutes.
On their phone. No login, no app.
Your payment link, on the signature page.
Your whole book, re-papered every January.
01 — Find
Pick the businesses you actually want — trades, restaurants, e-commerce, dental, salons, property, agencies, fitness, childcare, auto, logistics and more. You get real businesses you can contact today, with the intro email already written in your voice. You choose by niche, not by postcode, because the practices that grow fastest are the ones that specialise.
Why these aren't like other lead lists
You get the businesses that just registered — not the ones everyone else already emailed.
Evisor works from new company registrations, added every week, and most of them haven't appointed anyone yet. A business that registered three weeks ago still needs someone. One that's been on a bought list for three years has already said no, several times.
Where we're live today
The United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and Australia in full — plus New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Colorado and Oregon in the US. Most members work remotely across all of it.
Your state missing? Tell us and we'll prioritise it — that list is how we choose what to open next.

02 — Price
Under-pricing is the quiet killer of a bookkeeping practice, and the fee line is where most people freeze. Evisor turns the job in front of you into three options you can present, checks every one against your own cost floor, and hands you a client-ready quote that drops straight into the proposal.
This is the most-used tool inside Evisor. It's also the one nobody expects a document product to have — and it's free to use from day one.
Price with confidence →03 & 04 — Propose & sign
The moment a prospect says "sure, send me something" is the moment you either look like a firm or look like a freelancer. One link, one page, one tap — and a signature captured to a standard that stands up.
Your quote flows in from the pricing engine. Add scope, terms and your branding. Use our templates or paste the letter you already trust.
Your client opens it on their phone. No account, no app, no printer. They read, they sign, and you're notified the second it lands.
If they haven't signed, Evisor follows up on a schedule you set. You never write "just circling back on this" again.
Worth knowing
Two people can both sign the same letter. A married couple filing jointly, two partners, a director and a co-director. Ignition's Solo and Core plans allow one signature per proposal. Co-signers are included on every paid Evisor plan.
On the record
Every signature is captured with the disclosure version shown, the presentation timestamp, the signer's IP, and a document hash recorded before and after signing. Content and signatures are encrypted at rest. Download any signed PDF, any time, forever.
05 & 06 — Get paid & renew
Your payment link sits on the signature page, so the client pays in the same motion they sign. Stripe, PayPal, Wise, GoCardless, plain bank transfer — whatever you already use. Evisor takes nothing from it.
Then the part almost nobody builds for. Every engagement letter you send has an expiry date, and Evisor is already holding all of them.
In January, Evisor re-issues every engagement letter you sent last year — at your new rates.
Twenty-seven letters, one review, one send. This is the single reason Practice costs more than Starter, and it's why a practice that starts on Evisor tends to stay on it.

Before you wonder what happens next
The real fear isn't the price. It's signing up, staring at a dashboard, and not knowing where to start. So here's exactly what you'll do — all of it on the free plan, no card.
Pick the niche you want. Evisor tells you how many businesses match it and where they are — before you've paid anything.
Answer a few questions about the work. The pricing engine builds three options from your real costs, with a floor you can't quote below.
Start from a proper engagement letter template — scope, fees, liability, disengagement — or paste in your own. Add your logo.
One link. Your client signs on their phone, with a full audit trail. That's a real client papered properly, and it cost you nothing.
Then, when you want the businesses themselves — names, contacts, and the intro email written for you — that's what Starter opens at $19 a month.
Everything included
Most solo practices run a lead list in one spreadsheet, a fee calculator in another, a proposal in Canva, a letter in Word, and a signature tool billed per envelope. That's five tools and four places for a client to fall through.
Newly registered businesses in the niche you pick — added every week, mostly never contacted by a bookkeeper — with the intro email drafted for you and a pipeline that tracks every reply.
Three presentable options, a cost floor you can't accidentally quote below, and a client-ready quote in a click.
Service-itemised, branded, readable on a phone. Your client sees something that looks like you paid a designer.
Templates covering scope, fees, limitation of liability and disengagement — or paste in the letter your accountant already approved.
Consent capture, disclosure versioning, IP, timestamps, and a document hash before and after. Co-signers included on every paid plan.
Multi-step follow-ups that run without you. Reminder one, two and three, at intervals you set, until they sign or decline.
The moment they sign, your client gets the list: bank access, prior returns, software logins. Set once, reuse forever.
Every letter's expiry tracked, and your whole book re-issued in one review — at your new rates, before the client thinks to ask.
Stripe, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer — paste your link. Client pays right after signing, and Evisor takes zero percentage of your revenue. Ever.
Why we built this
Every tool for winning and keeping clients was either built for big firms, priced like it, or started at the paperwork. None of them helped with the part that actually keeps a new bookkeeper awake — finding the next client.
So we built the one we wanted: find, price, propose, sign, get paid, renew — in one place, at a price a solo practice can carry.
You'll notice there are no customer logos or five-star quotes on this page. That's deliberate — Evisor is early, and we'd rather you judge the product than a testimonial we wrote ourselves. Being early has a real upside: you'll get answers from the person who built it, usually the same day, and the founding price you start on is the one you keep.

About the monthly send allowance
Every plan includes roughly three documents per client, per month — enough to propose, paper and re-paper your entire book in the same month, several times over. That's where the numbers come from; they aren't arbitrary.
The allowance exists because Evisor delivers on your behalf, and one account sending in bulk damages deliverability for everybody. It's a fair-use line, not a sales tactic. If a peak month needs more, message us and we'll raise it the same day, at no charge.

What you walk away holding
Your niche and your offer, decided
You leave knowing exactly which businesses you're going after, and why they should pick you over the accountant they already have.
Your rate card, built
Your real cost of delivery, your floor, and three tiers you can present to anyone. You stop guessing at fees permanently.
Your document set, built
Proposal, engagement letter and onboarding checklist — branded, reviewed, sitting in your account ready to send. Not templates to fill in later. Yours, finished.
Your first 250 prospects, hand-picked
Filtered to your niche and market by hand, loaded into your pipeline in the order we'd work them. Not a raw export you have to sort out.
Your outreach, written
Intro email, two follow-ups, and the answers to "I already have an accountant", "what do you charge" and "just send me some info" — in your voice, not ours.
Thirty days of direct access
My inbox, answered the same day, while you send the first hundred emails. The month after you start is when the questions actually arrive.
Practice Build
No subscription on top of it. When the twelve months are up, Practice continues at your founding rate — or you stop. Your call, no conversation required.
We take four practices a month, because it's one person doing the work. When the month is full, the next opening is the following month.
We reply within a day with three questions and a time.
Most people should not buy this. If you already know your niche, your rates and your letter, Practice at $45 a month does everything you need. This is for the person who has the certificate, has the ambition, and has been staring at a blank first email for three weeks.
FAQ
Everything you need to set your practice up and paper a real client: your market overview (how many businesses match your niche and where they are), three pricing-engine quotes, the template library, three clients, and three proposals and three engagement letters sent for real, legally binding signature. No card, no time limit. What's not included is the businesses themselves — names and contact details open on Starter at $19 a month, because keeping that data verified is what costs us money.
We won't quote you a close rate, because we can't yet measure one honestly and an invented number is worse than none. Here's what we do stand behind: the businesses are real, verified and refreshed weekly; the email you send them is written for you; and the moment one of them says "send me a proposal", you can have a priced, branded, signable document in front of them in about ten minutes. Cold outreach is a numbers game either way — Evisor's job is to make sure you never lose one because you didn't know what to say or what to charge.
A bought list is a directory — the same one everybody else bought, full of businesses that have been pitched for years and have stopped reading. Evisor works from new company registrations, added every week. You're seeing businesses that were incorporated recently, mostly haven't appointed anyone yet, and in many cases have never had a bookkeeper contact them. The advantage isn't a better sales pitch — it's being first.
Public company registers and published business listings — business contact details for registered companies, not personal data scraped from anywhere. Records are re-checked weekly and anything stale drops out. Because you send from your own inbox rather than through us, you keep control of who you contact, what you say, and how opt-outs are handled — which is also how it should be for a professional writing to a prospective client.
Yes — import your client list from a spreadsheet and Evisor is immediately useful on the book you already have: engagement letters papered properly, renewals tracked, fees reviewed against the market, and every unsigned document chased without you. Plenty of people arrive for the prospecting and stay for the January renewal run.
No — and that's deliberate. Evisor writes the outreach and puts it on your clipboard. You paste it into whatever you already use and send it yourself. No mailbox connection, no OAuth, no DNS records, nothing touching your domain reputation. The relationship is yours from the first sentence, and so is control of it.
It's built for exactly that. You don't need to know what to charge — the pricing engine works it out from your costs. You don't need to know what an engagement letter should say — the templates cover scope, fees, liability and disengagement. You don't need to know what to write in a cold email — it's drafted for you. If you get stuck in your first week, message us and we'll build your first proposal with you on a call. That's the promise on this page and it's the one we keep most often.
A send is one new proposal or engagement letter delivered to a client. Drafts, edits, re-sends of the same document, reminders and renewals of an existing letter don't count. The allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month. If you reach it, tell us — peak months are normal in this profession and we'll lift your ceiling the same day at no charge. We'd rather a human read that request than let anyone use Evisor as a bulk mailer.
The Find Clients feed covers the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and Australia in full, plus New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Colorado and Oregon in the US. We add states in the order our members ask for them, so tell us yours. Everything else in Evisor — pricing, proposals, engagement letters, signing, payments, renewals — works anywhere in the world.
Because it does a different job, not a bigger version of the same one. Starter is built for the months when you're winning your first clients. Practice is built for the year after — it re-issues your entire book of engagement letters every January at updated rates, tells you what those rates should be, chases every unsigned document without you, and gives you 250 new businesses a month with a 48-hour head start. If you don't have a book to renew yet, stay on Starter. You'll know when you've outgrown it.
Yes. Pause any month from Settings and pick it back up when the work returns — your clients, templates and documents stay exactly where they are. Nothing is deleted, nothing is downgraded, and you aren't charged while paused.
They're yours, permanently. Export and download every signed engagement letter and accepted proposal, with its audit trail, at any point — including after you cancel. These are records you're professionally required to retain, and holding them hostage would be an unforgivable way to run a software company.
Yes — co-signers are included on every paid plan. A married couple filing jointly, two business partners, a director and co-director. Each signs their own block and each signature is separately captured in the audit trail. It's a common requirement and a surprising number of tools at this price don't support it.
No. They receive a link, open it in any browser on any device, read the document, and sign with a tap. No login, no download, no PDF to print and scan. The full audit trail is captured behind the scenes without them doing anything.
Every signature is captured with an explicit electronic-records consent gate, the exact disclosure version shown, the timestamp it was presented, the signer's IP, and a hash of the document recorded both before and after signing. Content and signatures are encrypted at rest. That's the evidentiary standard enterprise signature products charge several hundred dollars a month for. As always, if an engagement carries unusual legal risk, take advice on the wording of the letter itself.
Start free, pick your niche, and see how many are out there. Four minutes, no card, and by the end of it you'll have a letter ready to send.
